Dear MAPP community,

I have very much enjoyed our conversations this week in tutorial and look forward to more tomorrow. We also have our final Sunday session of the term this Sunday.  We are lucky to have guest artist Becky Namgauds coming in to give a talk on her practice. Do have a look at her website here:

We are proud that her recent work Like Honey was made in collaboration with our recent graduate Amanda Pefkou.

Becky is a young artist making her reputation for emotionally charged and theatrical work, and speaking to questions of the female body in our current times.

 Dear MAPP Community I come to my blog a little late than some so apologies for that. However, I have very much enjoyed the discussions so far and how we are all learning from each other.  As a dance artist whose preoccupation is how to communicate through the act of making I am less at home with this world of words - how can we manipulate their limitations to express what the body can find in endless possibilities- and yet the nettle must be grasped. I sympathise with any of you who might feel the precariousness of this task. So we can find solise in the writings of others.
